Do Unity Uniforms use branded semi-finished material or regular fabric like other garment manufacturers?
Unity Uniforms feel proud to disclose the details of the semi-finished material being used, only the best quality mill made fabric is utilized by Unity Uniforms, unlike other manufacturers that use power loom fabric because of lower prices.
Some of the authorized vendors providing fabric to Unity Uniforms are Siyaram’s, Vimal, Vedanta, Mayur Suitings, Mafatlal, Banswara, & Valji.
Do Unity Uniforms have in-house production & management of order processing?
Unity Uniforms has the edge of complete in-house manufacturing with a state-of-the-art world-class manufacturing facility. Under a single roof, all the operations from fabric storage, multi-level quality checking, cutting, embroidery, stitching, labeling, finishing & dispatch are operated. Full-fledged control over all the operation make the brand Unity a market leader of the industry & maintains the USP of ‘Quality & Quantity delivered on time & every time.’
Are there any specified & assured timelines for delivery or the customer has to follow up about the progress of the order production?
Due to numerous type of fabric availability & customized requirement challenges in the market committing delivery timelines is a troublesome issue. However, Unity Uniforms have resolved this major concern for customers with a simple standard format.
If the Uniforms are chosen to be manufactured from readily available fabric then deliveries will be done within 45 days.
If the fabric chosen is a custom one for summers then the deliveries will be done within 75 days.
If a customized fabric is chosen for winters then the deliveries will be done within a 120 days.
**Delivery timeline will begin from the date of getting approved sealer sample & 50% advance payment.
Is there any guarantee or warranty against defective merchandise?
Under the no questions asked policy, brand Unity Uniforms own the full responsibility for exchange/alteration/replacement of each & every garment sold through any sales counter within 6 months from the date of purchase.
This policy applies to all such product in which any kind of defect is encountered or in case the product is not meeting the expectation of the customer.
Is there any bar for minimum order quantity?
There is no Minimum Order Quantity bar for retail customers but for wholesale customers the minimum order accepted is 300 garments/style.
What type of distribution channel is used by Unity Uniforms?

What is the operational procedure in case of uniforms being unavailable as per committed timelines for students/guardians?
To resolve this major concern, Unity Uniforms has developed a USP of One Visit Promise.
Under this scheme, if any product is found unavailable by the customer while visiting any of our sales counter then Unity owns the responsibility of arranging the desired product to customer’s doorstep without asking for any additional charges.
